Working with us
X-Sleep Lab fosters a collaborative, supportive environment at the forefront of sleep and cognitive neuroscience. Our lab provides state-of-the-art EEG infrastructure, close mentorship, and clear pathways to publishing in high-impact journals. We are based at the Institute of Psychology, Chinese Academy of Sciences in Beijing.
PhD Students
We welcome applications from motivated students with a background in psychology, neuroscience, biomedical engineering, or computer science. Successful candidates will join the CAS PhD program and work on sleep-based memory modulation, closed-loop BCI, or lucid dream neuroscience.

Research Assistants
We periodically recruit full-time and part-time research assistants to support our ongoing projects. Responsibilities include EEG data collection, participant recruitment, behavioral testing, and data preprocessing.
Undergraduate Researchers
Undergraduates with genuine interest in sleep and memory research are welcome to reach out. We offer research internship opportunities and thesis project supervision.
